You select an initial deposit amount from our options and We will begin with the Conceptual Design and Documentation phase. Once the idea has been given some research and detail, you will receive documentation that will let you know of the proposed course of advancement and an estimate of overall payment will be forwarded to you.
There are no fixed price on ideas. An idea to one person can be worthless yet be worth a fortune to someone else. For our services we generally charge using value-based pricing. We identify your specific needs and focus on the value proposition we will deliver to you. This method will ensure that our clients are receiving the value they pay for and not just on wasteful hourly billing. This method does require us to request an initial deposit before any work is started. See our process for more details.
The deposit covers the initial research necessary to begin the Conceptual Design and Documentation phase. From this you will receive researched documentation of your idea, an understanding of your next move to advance your idea and an estimate of overall payment should you choose to continue with our services.
Our designers have been selected by either their proven experience in their respective fields and/or proven academic qualifications by an accredited tertiary institution. We are confidant that we will be able to provide optimum assistance in your idea development.
Your privacy matters. At this time we do not offer legal protection services in terms of copyrights, patents or any such service that should be performed by a qualified lawyer. However, we keep your ideas within a "need to know" basis among our designers; only those assigned to your tasks will be informed of the details of the project. If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) of some kind would increase comfortability with working with us, we are open to the arrangement.

Everything in existence before it was created, started as an idea. We begin our work with this process, regardless of which final service you select, because it is the best way to organize the raw data and information you provide us into a documented viable product. With this product you should be able to determine if you are interested in advancing your idea further or not.
It depends on the scope of works and level of complexity involved with executing your vision for the project. The first meeting usually will cover enough discussions that enable this phase to begin.
The initial package will offer flexibility for changes to a certain extent and up to a certain number of times. We will let you know in advance of the limit and/or will schedule a project, limiting the amount of changes that can be made per phase (large projects). We reserve the right to discontinue service of making numerous changes to a project if we feel that constant changes become unnecessary, over- repetitive or provide no real value to you.
Depends. While we do provide 3D Design as a service, for projects that were not initially started by us, we would be unable to take full responsibility for the continuation of a design by a third party. There is also the challenge of compatibility among the various software tools CAD designers use and we will have to verify if we can open/edit that file type.
.DWG and PDFs are perhaps the most flexible file types for us to work with and existing project. We have the capabilities to open/edit a wide range of file types or we will identify a software that will be able to perform the task. out of our existing toolset.
Yes. Our designers are trained to produce accurate measurements for the projects that need them.
Yes. We have experience in 3D printing technologies and have the necessary working knowledge of how to setup up file types across the various lineups of 3D Printers.
Yes, we can produce image sets, so you can have more than one view of you project form varying angles.
Theorectically speaking, no. We do by practice take key scenes and allow you to choose form in terms of the highest value to you.
No, we are able to customize the rendering style to fit your visual/artistic theme. If you want more of a water color, edgy and sketchy, animated, futuristic, etc. look we can provide a range of stylistic themes to approach the project.
Virtual Staging can be offered for almost any size range. The only aspect of size may be the limitation of the level of detail visible in the more larger projects. However, a project can be as small as room/house setting or as large as a city. We typically stage a project of any size.
Yes. We are able to generate almost endless options in terms of customization of the scene that you want stage. Feel free to express your creative thoughts during the consultation meetings.
Yes. We are able to create walkthrough/flythrough videos that can present your project as an animation. This is wonderful for displaying depth, direction and will provide a perception of scale, size and proportion of the built environment.
In terms of media output we provide our clients the ability experience their ideas through means of photorealistic images, video production and upon special request through virtual reality (VR) experiences.
Yes. Our services can extended for either application and even serve an event where both layouts are need in one plan.
No. Our role is simply to design and layout the spacing of the area where the event is expected to be held. We are not promoters or the overall event organizers but serve as an auxiliary arm to those who do.

Yes. We are able to export the code to another domain (website name) that you may own.
No. As far as buildings are concern we limit our services to just the conceptual and pre-production phase and/or post-production phase. We do not offer services that require a professional license and will not be held liable for such claims.
