The meeting can be arranged over email, phone or video call, whatever is most suitable. In times of high volume traffic, at minimum, an email response should be expected from us and a scheduled meeting at your earliest convenience will be set up.
During Meeting.
In the meeting, we want to provide as much value as possible to you for your time. Based on your idea/design challenge, we will try to discover your pain points (eg. Why do you need x, Why now and Why 3E?). Next we'll establish the scope of works, identify a budget and a timeline for when deliverables can be expected, or if a follow up meeting is needed.
The Basis of Idea Development
All ideas, large or small, start off as raw data that is incomplete until some plan is made of it. Ideas should be first be made simple and understandable then more complex layers can be added gradually.
This is why we start any project (Conceptual Design, Web Design, Rendering, etc.) with a documented 2D plan then add to it. This should be a consistent deliverable you can expect from us, and will be the foundation upon building our creative relationship with all our clients.
Iterative Design can be quite costly if charged hourly and may not yield any real value to you; which is a main reason we choose to charge based on the perceived value we will bring to you - its only fair.
Its your idea and you need it now!
Thanks to technology, most of our services can be performed online remotely. You can expect delivery of your project's final output via email or cloud delivery system (ie. Dropbox, We transfer, etc.). If there is some special form of delivery that you have in mind, we will try our best to arrange accommodations as well.
The choice is yours. And it's always a wise one.
We believe in being as transparent as possible with our clients. Our Products/Services will be offered based on value to you. This ensures that we must identify a clear benefit to you or we will not offer the service in the first place.
