The client wanted an enhanced vision of what their apartment complex would like with key cosmetic changes and no structural modifications. The apartment is intended for young working professionals and or college students, due to its proximity to a University.
We assessed some of the limitations of remodeling the apartment, to find out just how far the owner was willing to go. We the took measurements of both interior and exterior spaces and create a 3D model. We tried to stick to a more modern and trendy style of apartment and offer the new tenants a sample of luxury. We rearrange the shared space to occupy the same dimensions but allowed for more utility space in the kitchen area. The bedrooms are also styled to to enhance the spacious feeling and a taste of modern luxury. The choice of light and soft colors were used to enhance the feeling of the home space.
The client received some stunning visuals and saw new value with his investment.
