The Process

The client sketched out a rough idea of the vision of the general layout, where security will be placed, where they wanted attendees to stand with sections, dj booth, etc. We then scaled it to real world size, for the near exact dimension, created an illustration and 3D model of site inclusive of entourage and markers to identify site circulation. The event being an extremely packed event required an organized exit strategy to reduce traffic, minimize security concerns and to ultimately protect attendees.

The End

The end result was the creation of a site map and a flythrough used as a promo video to market the event .
