An event layout for an outdoor pool party located in a rather affluent neighborhood in Miami, Florida. Expected attendance of 1000+. We were requested to layout two sites in this area. One site which contains a house, pool and access to a lagoon which served as the event site and an adjacent vacant site which served as parking. Due to the large number of expected attendees within a residential neighborhood, it required an organized layout to ensure external disturbances within the neighborhood to be kept at a minimum.
The client let us know of their vision for the site, we sketched it out, scaled it to real world proportions and 3D modeled the site. 3D model contains a general mockup of the house for context purposes, sections for attendees, Dj booth, jetski area, vehicles, etc. The model was then adapted into a Flythrough video.
Client received a custom Miami Themed Site Map and Flythrough used as a promo video.
